Our fudgy, dense brownies come in a rotating range of flavours โ€” classic chocolate, Biscoff swirl, Oreo-topped, salted caramel and more. These are a shed staple and often sell out first.

Blondies

The lighter, butterscotch cousin of the brownie. We love making Biscoff blondies, white chocolate and raspberry, and Maltesers โ€” soft, chewy and completely irresistible.

Weekly Rotation

Cookies

Giant, bakery-style cookies in a variety of flavours. Cookies & Cream, chocolate chip, Jammy Dodger stuffed, lemon โ€” whatever takes our fancy that week. Soft, chewy and huge.

Cookie Pies & Cookie Sandwiches

Two giant cookies sandwiched around buttercream, or a deep-filled cookie pie. The kind of thing that makes people stop and stare โ€” then immediately reach for their wallet.

Millionaire's Shortbread

Crumbly butter shortbread, thick gooey caramel, topped with smooth chocolate. We do classic, salted caramel, and the occasional flavoured version. An absolute classic done properly.

Everyday Treat

Flapjacks

Golden, buttery, sticky oat flapjacks. Chewy in the middle and ever so slightly crisp on top. We make classic, chocolate-drizzled and fruit & nut versions. Perfect with a cuppa.

A flapjack base with caramel and chocolate on top โ€” the best of both worlds. We also bake a range of traybake slices depending on seasonal ingredients and inspiration.

We Take Allergens Seriously

Every item in the shed is labelled with a full ingredients list and highlights any of the 14 named allergens. We produce all our bakes in a home kitchen that handles gluten, eggs, milk, soya, nuts, peanuts and sulphites.

If you have a severe allergy or need more information about a specific product before purchasing, please get in touch with us before visiting and we'll do our best to help.

We hold a current Food Hygiene certificate and take pride in producing safe, clearly labelled baked goods.
